Random fact about DH and myself, we were on that cruise the week they shot all of the B roll footage for Samantha. She wasn't on our cruise (her parts had been filmed the week prior to our trip), but we can be seen in a couple of the shots on Labadee.

how exciting!! I wasn't impressed with Labadee, but I have been told since we were there in 2005 is has changed. But nothing can be better than CC!!

Glad every one is ok. I don;t know how you do it with the heat. I had to stop half way through mowing saturday.

We're DVC members too! We own at SSR, but have never stayed there. Our first visit there will be after the cruise! I'm so jealous of all the members that own at multiple resorts! Maybe one day we'll get more points! lol!

We've bought additional points a few times, always for our original resort (OKW) and the same use month. It makes keeping the points straight for banking/borrowing/dates for reservations. But we stay all over the place. I think that's my favorite part of DVC

That sounds like a good idea! Do you buy them resale or can you still get them from Disney? I do love staying at other places! My sister really enjoyed AKV when we stayed there! I am anxious to go to Aulani! I'm sure it will be a while before we can get ressies! lol

We are also DVC members and we own at AK and BLT!! We love Kidani village and we were there for our honeymoon 3 days after it officially opened!!!

I did ours last week end, hoping it would help getting a cabin #, but we are still GTY!

Finally we had some sun today!!! So needless to say I spent some time in the pool!! Disturbance # 5 has moved on to New orleans and over land!!
