Thanks for my Disney fix. Every day I look forward to what we will be doing in 3 weeks.

Hi, I'm Margo, my husband is Pat. This will be our first cruise, and we are bringing along our two youngest children. Blake is turning 17 tomorrow (happy birthday!) and Duncan is 12.

We are Disney fanatics and have been to WDW 10 times, and DL 5 times. We rarely vacation anywhere else (and when we do it's usually to see family). We've been DVC members since 1997 and love it.

We're really looking forward to having fun on this cruise, but at the same time I am just a little bit worried. Blake and Duncan both have Asperger's, a form of high-functioning autism. I just hope that this cruise can be all the fun for them that we're hoping it can be. We've planned to bring along stuff they can do in the room, just in case the pre-teen/teen areas prove to be too much for them at times.

Pat and I are both into Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts, and he works at Intel. I love to scrapbook, crochet, and sew, and I work at Walgreens. The boys are "into" computer games and the internet, and video games--we have trouble getting them into anything else. :)

I'm going to try to get through this whole thread, but I'm not making any promises as I have a full-time job and only discovered this thread 2 weeks before we go! LOL I've already learned a lot about door decorating, the fuel surcharge on-board credit and what you can order from room service, from this board! I need to find out if people dress up for Pirate Night (I'm working on simple pirate costumes for all of us), and anything else I can learn ahead of time! Thanks for this thread and all the others!

I can't help but notice that you spilled some of your martini. :scared1: They'll be none of that on this trip!

Two weeks from today I will be pretending to pay attention on a really boring conference call when I'm actually thinking about my first cocktail by the pool at the Radisson :drinking1

I think I spilled the first one. Certainly not the chocolate one!!! It was delicious as was the appletini!!! I can;t wait to do this again!!!

For the people arriving at the port early (before boarding) we will find a good spot to meet. Probably over by the seating area on the right side of the terminal. Ron has already volunteered to lead a tour/Hidden Mickey hunt.

Sign me up for the hidden mickey tour!!!

Hello everyone! I'm not on this cruise with you guys (my family is on the Dream in April 2011) but my sister, her DH, her daughter, and her son-in-law will be cruising Oct. 16th. This will be her 4th DCL cruise and is wondering if her favorite server, Alex Ocampo, will be on the Magic. If anyone knows Alex and whether or not he'll be on the Magic for this cruise could you please respond? I know she would be so thrilled if he is!! Thanks!
