Island tower has bell services to hold your luggage, just go directly and skip the chaos over at the GCH.

Does the Island Tower have their own bell service or should I go to the Great Ceremonial House from the airport if my room is not ready yet?

Yes the Island tower has BS CMs with some luggage storage but coming from the Airport there is no direct access to the small entrance at the parking lot side of the building. This gate is not manned, and you would need an active MB or RF ID card to get in. There is a push button to talk to Security but we did not have good luck getting them to allow us through the gate 100% of the time.

From the Airport you will want to go directly to the GCH Bell Services for assistance, and/or to store your luggage. If you have a rental car, once you check in then you will have MB or RD ID card access to the small lot at the Island Tower.

Yeah that’s an important detail! I never had issues buzzing in so it slipped my mind. If you complete online check-in, your MB or MagicMobile Entry will work at the gate even if your room is not ready yet.

An expensive alternative is use a Minnie Van from airport, they get through with no problem cause they have their own key access.
