Just booked our room at the Raddisson also!!!!

And the 10 AM shuttle???

Now, actually I don't think this has been discussed here before ...

1) We are ...

2) Absolutely planning to, never been to one before and looking forward to it! pirate:

Excellent! :thumbsup2 We went to the party on Halloween last year, with a bunch of people, and we had a fabulous time!!! :cool1: Can't wait to do it again.

Yes and maybe space mountain will be open!!

Space Mountain was open when we were there last month. Didn't go on it, but when you go past it on the TTA it's really dark in there!

Space Mountain was open in January adn I went on, but didn;t really notice anything different. :confused3 Mayb I close my eyes more than I thought. :rotfl: I sure am hoping they are not done, because TTA seemed really unfinished through there.

7 months? Holy cow! :cool1: Or, for Annichan, as we sued to say in HS to be funny "Heilige Kuh!" lol. Yes, we knew this would not translate right, but we were dumb and in HS. :rolleyes1

Another week, another countdown!
We have . . . .

FRIDAY's until we sail :boat:

Hope everyone has a great weekend and a Happy Valentine's Day!

:flower3:

My brother just reminded me today that the Food & Wine Festival will be going on in Epcot when we get back :yay: Just in case we didn't eat enough on the cruise :rolleyes1

Pierogi & sushi & spaetzle :cloud9: OH MY!!! :cool1:

I would say it couldn't hurt. She told me that the shuttle runs from 10 - 2:30, so we booked the earliest one we could (we have spa appts. to make!).

I know there are a number of people who have stayed there before so they may have better information.

b/t/w - when you call, make sure to ask for the front desk. I got bounced around a bit.

Thank you for the info! I have tried phoning there and getting connected to an operator a couple of times, but nobody picked up. You wouldn't happen to know if it is also possible to book the shuttle by e-mail, would you?

I must admit that I hate, hate, hate speaking on the phone to strangers in English, what comes to me so easily in writing is really hard work on the phone and I am SO self-conscious and only understand half of what the person on the other end of the line is saying.
You can imagine how happy I am that I won't have to make Disney restaurant ADRs over the phone anymore this time!

So would anybody have their working e-mail address for me? If not, I shall just muster all my courage again and ring again tomorrow. I'm such a coward! :sad2::rolleyes1

Between the snow and the drifts....where is my car...:confused3

Oh my God, I somehow scrolled past this without seeing it before, this is the most amazing photo! And I thought WE had lots of snow here in Germany - I stand corrected!

I'd love to go on Space Mountain! It was closed when we were there in April/May, so I have never ridden it (unless you count my first visit when I was 4 years old and I'm not counting it since I don't remember a thing except from eating ice cream and loving the big fake alligator at the entrance to Gatorland :confused3). I only know the Disneyland Paris version of Space Mountain, and that looks so different I guess it is an altogether different experience?

In case some of you don't know it, this is what Space Mountain looks like in Disneyland Paris, not at all white, but very Jules Verne-esque:

I like "Heilige Kuh"! It's usually so funny when you start literally translating sayings from one language to another, they usually don't work the same way in the other language but they are really funny, we do that a lot :thumbsup2!

Yes, we are really looking forward to the Festival as well - we have heard so many good things about it and we love to eat! :rolleyes1

We also will be with Kathy and our Cruising group . I think there will be 14 of us. We were all together for the Eastern this past Oct. Except for Kathy her brother Frank and Julie and her friend we were quit a crew.
Oh yes we will be doing the food and Wine together.
Nancy and I will get to the chance to take in both Festivals at Epcot because we will be there in April for the Flower and Garden Festival.

I hope the redesign of Space Mountain made the ride smoother. The last few times we rode it we walked away with headaches from being jostled around. We will give it one more try in May but will remember to bring the advil just in case.

I was in Disneyland Paris the year it opened. Having been to WDW so many times it was definitely a different feeling for me, I was excited to be there but I just didn't feel the magic that I do in Florida. I do remember laughing on the Star Tours ride at R2D2 speaking french...was very funny.

Sie tun wahrscheinlich besser mit sprechen und hören Englisch, als Sie denken. Fragen Sie einfach die Person, langsam zu sprechen.

We will be staying at OKW for 5 days after the cruise. LOVE, the F&W fesitval!

We play MNSSHP by ear anymore. If we try to get advance tickets, it is pouring rain the night we go. Last year we got the tickets the day of and we had the best weather we have had in years!
