Current prices for this sailing are $3407 or a quad window (cat 9) before adjustment for my OBRD and cabin credits with DCL and TA. Nice. Plus the cat 6 is $4267. I'm working my way through the details and chatting with the other members of my group today and again later tonite/tomorrow. Catching folks in Boston and Maui/Honolulu leave me with distant divergent time zones to juggle. THEN I'll be communicating with the other friends who expressed interest in following our travel plans. Work work work.... I went through THREE animations before I GAVE UP and found a FIXED image I liked that didn't bomb! That's RARE for me to start out with three attempts which bombed when they looked good to begin with in code?

I've heard of your humidity. This will be our first time going to Orlando.

We get the heat out here on So Cal but ususally not with the humidity with it. Oh well, we will not let the weather ruin our good time. :thumbsup2

Hi Everyone!!! :cool1:Just wanted to pop in to say hi before starting the ol' work grind.:scared1:
Randy, you guys will have a great time. We do go over to WDW in the summer months, can't do without our Disney fix. What we do is hit the parks early in the morning, break for lunch somewhere, and go back to the hotel after lunch and spend time in the pool. Then back to the parks in the evening. You miss alot of the crowds that way. Hope you have a great time. Talk to ya'll later!!!

:)Thanks for all the welcomes. I don't get to be on the computer as often as I may like. Kids....oh well - got to love 'em!;) Speaking of kids - mine start school tomorrow:woohoo: Although I am a bit sad because no more sleeping in and going to bed late and of course now starts the dreaded HOMEWORK !
In an answer to Candy's question (I think it was Candy) yes my two youngest are twins (no, not identical) and very different! They are starting fifth grade this year. My son will be in 7th grade. Gone are the days of taking them out of school for a vacation. We have done that in the past, but last cruise when my son was in 6th grade (middle school) it was a PAIN to "jump through the hoops" to get all the homework assignments together for him to miss a week of school. We do have a fall break - just miss calculated when we scheduled the cruise - and we wanted to do an Eastern cruise. Although after missing St. Thomas we will probably do an Eastern sometime again;)
I do look forward to getting to know everyone prior to cruising...

now we're getting somewhere!! :thumbsup2LOL

what about everyone else?

I'm sneeking this in before ol' bossman gets into work this morning.:scared1: Pinkygirl, as far as the theme goes, I'm good with anything, like Randy. The name.............................................................................................
wwwwwwweeeeellllllllllllllllllllllllllll.....................................Idont'know..........

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE,,

Three more sleeps and then I am headed to Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope these tropical disturbances clear up before I get there. The National Hurricane Center is watching a few things out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:scared1::scared1:

You have got to be kidding me! 44 Pages!:scared1:Holy Cow! I leave for a week and this happens.:confused3 I went to the old thread and not only is it closed, but I missed the voting.:sad2: I have a lot of catching up to do today.:surfweb:

We had a very traumatic week last week. The floods that hit Louisville washed away our bridge and pretty much destroyed our road. I've fought with the insurance company, etc. but we can't get any help so it's up to us to fix it. I had to cancel our holiday WDW trip because we needed the money NOW.:sad1: I'm leaving my ticker because I'm still hoping to rebook at the same time just for fewer days. Keep everything crossed that it works out. DH has the road and bridge fixed temporarily so we can get the 4WD truck up but he has been working like mad with a rented dozer trying to get it fixed for good and we are putting in a concrete low water crossing this time instead of a bridge that will(hopefully) hold up better.

Oh my gosh Marna,

That is terrible. I am glad you are safe and ok and that no one got hurt...............I am sorry to hear about your WDW trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kristin-we are still hoping to go for a few days if everything works out so I'm trying not to freak out too much.:lmao: It does stink about our driveway. It is about 1/4 mile long and VERY steep and crosses a creek. This time we are hoping to get it fixed right. We are also looking to buy a tractor so we can do more upkeep on our farm. With all this PLUS my baby girl starting school last week, things have been crazy.

I briefly browsed through the thread and see a lot of new names I'll have to learn. Also, it appears that I missed some drama but I hope we are now all in planning/happy mode.:confused3 Ya'll be sure and let me know if there is something impotant that I missed out on. I'm hoping to get over to the website to check it out again and see if anything is new.

Pperfectmom-
So sorry about your flooding....we live out in Oldham Co.and didn't have as much rain as parts of Louisville did but still A LOT of rain last week - to be honest I'm really tired of the rain! (We actually had some roof damage and ceiling damage in my son's room - not really bad -but for him it's "horrrible"... still waiting for the contractors to call to start fixing it - thankfully we were able to get dehumidifier fans out to dry things up last week) Hope all is going as best can be... keep your fingers crossed for the next WDW vacation - maybe something will work out!:thumbsup2
