I don't really think I am the best person to come up with suggestions as this is not my mother tongue, but just to add a couple of ideas:
I love the "DIS-functional", but we could of course also try playing with other words on "dis-", like maybe
"Sailing to DIS-tant shores on the Magic", or
"DIScovering the Caribbean" (which is only really fitting for newbies like myself, I realize that), or even
"A voyage of DIStinction".

Feel free to correct any of them if they are wrong! Well I gotta go now before these suggestions lead to DISaster

I like those names. I'm going to add them to the list.

We have just changed our cruise to a RCCL.(Freedom of the seas)
It's a week sooner which is our girls fall break and significantly cheaper! We will definitely miss somethings about the magic, but we're excited about the huge cool ship!

I hope your family has a great time on your cruise. I wish our cruise fell on a fall break for our son. It's the only downfall to us going at this time because he will miss some of his testing at school.

I can only echo what Amber has said. I wish everyone happy journeys and would of course love to cruise with any of you in the future. We too are moving over to the Freedom and will leave this as a "dummy date" for sometime in 2011.

We will check on you all often..take care!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I have some "news" too. We are thinking of changing from this sailing to. We have not "officialy" changed as of yet. But we are looking into it. I had my TA price out the Nov. 6th cruise. Honestly, since we cruised these ports in Aug. due to the Hurricanes Anna and Bill we have been thinking about it. They were not our favorite places to visit.

We are still up in the air right now and not sure what we will do but the Nov. 6th sailing works better with our school schedules too plus there is an extra sea day on that itinerary as compared to this one........

Well...

Now is as good a time as well to say our family group is leaning towards July again in 2010. We had been reserved for a Northern European Disney cruise - but canceled it in favor of something else. And now it looks as if we'll do an Alaskan 2011 Disney sailing and or something in the Carribean in July of 2010. That may not include a Disney cruise. In fact, neither one may be Disney voyages with our family group... so we're kind of up in the air like Kristen. We would have jumped at the Panama Canal REPO in January of 2011 - but we just can't shake missing so much school with our kids. DRAT!

So... we've got our TA looking into pricing today. She could have booked us in advance for the PCREPO... but that's not working for us...

With this in mind I bid you all a fond bon voyage on your October sailing next year - and hope to cross paths with you all again some day.

Well I thought I would come on and catch up with you all but it looks like everyone must be out enjoying some sunshine. Here in NC it is raining. We did take our son to see the movie Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs today. It was cute. He liked it.

I had to do my yard work yesterday. Didn't get to last week-end because it rained all week-end. So the grass was knee deep and begging to be cut. We done here in FL have what we call love bugs. Don't know if any of you have heard of them. They don't cause any trouble, mostly they are just a nusiance. They come around twice each year. Spring and late summer to early fall. Well they are here now and out in big numbers. While mowing yesterday I think I ate 5 or 6 of the stupid things. They fly right in your mouth and you can't help from biting down on themAnd, they are tasty too!!! Taste just like chicken!!! Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Now that is just too funny!!!
I'm glad to see we are moving forward on our name for our cruise. I have a suggestion or two. Mine are not as good as yours, but I'll throw them out there anyway.

1) Mickey's Mates on the Magic (This one kinda looks familiar, not sure)
Since most of us like dis-functional in the name.
2) Donald's Dis-Functional Crews Cruise
3) The Dis-Functionals Sail the Seas
4) The Dis-Functionals Sail on the Magic

Well, that's all for me! I know ya'll are happy I'm done with my suggestions. I know I am. This gave me a headache!!!!! I gots to go and lay down now. Hope all have a great week-end!!!
