Marna,

37 acres...WOW. That is like a small city! That is way cool. :cool1::cool1:

Gee...

We're out here in Kalifornia and we have 41 acres... < wink > ... through our HOME-owners' association. Only 400+ homes sharing 41 acers of green belts and so on ... and ONLY $45 a month association fees!

Had to chime in - my postage stamp of dirt is 11,000 sq feet. With things going the way they are - IE - our free spending politicians - it looks like our children can look forward to measuring their home land are in microns or maybe angstroms!!!

So - we've been traveling a bit lately. On our way home today from beautiful Visalia - I'm in the Marriott concierge lounge on thier FREE terminal about to step out for the long drive home. Kids are running amok here - buring off a few spare calories.

Hope everyones' well... we might have a bit of unhappiness here as my MIL is in ICU ... bad outlook unless we get lucky. We're preparing for urgent emergency travel to be at her side in Honolulu.

Sorry for that - I'm being sort of mixed, fickle and ambivulent I guess....

Thanks in advance for kind thoughts and prayers.

I'm so sorry to hear about your MIL - you'll be in our thoughts

Yep-I agree that ya'll have way too much time on your hands in the evenings.:rolleyes1 Mine are usually full of family stuff. Last night we had soccer practice for one of the kids, then went to BW3's for hot wings and beer(which the kids did not partake of:rotfl2:) and then went to look at tractors. We have decided that we have waited far too long to get one and are now in the market. Randy-(I think it was you that asked)we have around 37 acres. I can't imagine trying to buy that kind of land in California. I lived there for a while and even though I was out in the boonies, land prices were outrageous.:scared1: That was a reason I moved back to Ky.

Yikes!!!! We lived in Cali for 12 years and I didn't even think they had 37 acres of undeveloped land left :rotfl:

Yeah, as soon as we had our DS, we had to get out of there...we don't have that much land like you, but we did need some room to grow. We lived in San Jose and housing prices were just super crazy :scared1:

We watched that too! WE WERE on it and had a great time. That show was filmed a few weeks before we went. You should give it a try since you are so close :thumbsup2

The price is pretty reasonable too, especially compared with the Mouse...:rolleyes1

Just thought I'd pop in and say hello.
