Hey livingis2me, we are close. We have lived in New Port Richey going on 14 years now. When we first moved there wasn't much traffic, but now LOOKOUT!!!! DW and I ride in to work everyday, it helps to save on gas. We both work in Clearwater about 5 miles apart. She was able to get her hours at work to match mine so we could ride together. We take McMullen Booth road into work.
Well, it's that time, time to start working. Hope everyone has a good day today. See you again real soon. Keep having those Disney Dreams and having those Disney thoughts!!!

When we bought our house in 2004, we also almost put a bid down on a house in Trinity, but one of the main reasons we (I, lol) passed on that house was because I'd have to take McMB to work...and I work in downtown St. Pete. 'Course now I work at night and it wouldn't have mattered so much. Ron still has to deal with it though...

This is such a fun area full of Disney lovers. On our last cruise one of our cruisemates lived right up the road from us in Land O Lakes and their brother and SIL *LIVE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD* and we had talked to them about DCL before! How crazy is that?

It's a good thing this cruise is so far away! So much going on all of a sudden..Savannah is getting her dance recital costumes Saturday...which means I am on the clock, less than 6 weeks to get all 5 of them altered. And I suck at sewing like you wouldn't believe. (I won't be making any pirate costumes! ) Plus Sarah's 1st birthday is in just 3 weeks so we have to get her party put together.

My wife, grandaughter and myself wiil be joining ya'll on this cruise. I wasn't sure there would even be a thread started yet and you guys are on page 128 already. We have alot of catching up to do.
On this cruise it will be my wife Donna - age ?? (Psssst, she won't even tell me!!!) Our granddaughter Emily - age 11 by the time of the cruise and myself David, I'm 61 yrs young, (at least that's what I keep telling myself) This will be our 3rd Disney cruise. Second time on the Magic. Got to say the Magic is our favorite.
Well again, hello to all of my fellow cruisers, it's going to be fun getting to know all of you over the next several months leading up to our cruise. Got to get to work now though. Talk to you again real soon.

Thanks Nancy for the kind welcome aboard. It's going to be alot of fun getting to know everyone here on the board before we sail.

Nenner1, we had our house built oh so many years ago. It some ways it seems like a million years ago we had this home built, and then again it seems just like it was yesterday. We were in a similar situation as you back when we had this home built. A new subdivision was going in just off Tampa Road in Palm Harbor. We were living in an apartment at the time in Palm Harbor. At that time DW was working just north of St Pete and I was working in Tampa. So our drives were just about the same distance. We talked to a salesman who was in a trailer at the time,(no models had been built as yet.) We even picked out our plot and put down a deposit. We kept driving around checking out all sorts of different locations. We had always said we would never come all the way up here to New Port Richey. It would be just too much of a drive for the both of us. Then we stumbled on this small little subdivision back off the main drag and we fell in love with it. We got so much more house , and with a pool too. We couldn't believe our luck. Well to make a long story short...............................this is kinda long story though ain't it................ anyways we cancelled our deposit on the lot in Palm Harbor and never looked back. It was the best decision we made. And, now we're going on a DISNEY CRUISE!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!
Well guys guess I better go. I hear DW bellowing..........I mean yelling...........I mean I hear my sweeties voice calling to me to get off the @#*!!?#@?! computer. Talk to ya'll soon. (I hope)

Love the patriotic 76! I even remember the bicentennial(don't know if I should be proud of that).

It's gonna be a rainy Derby weekend here.DD is sick this morning, so we will be missing the Derby party we were supposed to attend. With all the paranoia, we don't want to be spreading germs right now.So now, not only do we miss the party, but we are stuck inside.

I have a day off from work today!!! But, I'm sorry to say I don't have the day off from my chores here around the ol' homestead. DW left me strict guidelines as to what my day is to be. First on the agenda I have to get on that stupid torture machine we have. It's what they call an eliptical workout machine. It does get my ol' heart rate up. It is suppose to help keep me in shape, lose a few unwanted pounds and help the ol' ticker. But honestly folks it just about kills me each and everytime I get on that contraption!!!My back aches, my legs ache, I get all hot and sweaty, I most of the time get a headache, my arms ache, my toes hurt, even the hair on my head hurts.....................do you guys see the pattern here.............................it just about kills me!!! I don't see how anything that does all of that to a person can be good for you. But I do it about 5 days a week. I'm an idiot aren't I?!???? When DW gets home this evening I can tell her I got on that fool contraption and she won't even be the wiser. I hope you guys can keep a secret..................you can can't you???
I was just on the Disney Cruise Line website watching the DVD online. I don't care how many times I've seen it, I watch it all the way thru just like I'm seeing it for the first time.
Thanks DizzylandDeb for the count down, 76 more Fridays and we set sail. The time will drag by waiting for that date to get here and when it does finally get here it will go all too fast. Wish there was a way to slow time down while we are on our cruise!!!!

We just purchased a tread mill and a dual machine whcih is a bike of sorts and an elipticalmachine, i really love it just wish i had more time to not feel rushed actually i think i will get done and go get on it for a while.

I have ben trying for about and hour to arrange my furniture in our new house and i had to step away i was getting a bit p****!!!!

WE definitley didnt buy this furniture for this house!!!

Busy weekend here too!

ALL WORK NO PLAY!

But i get to relax for a minute today....then i have to go and work in the old house.........UUGGHHH, wihs i could just hire someone to do that.

I would much rather just lounge by the pool today!!!

I recently found 2 Good WIlls on my route from work, and a used urnisture store of sorts closer to home, so i have been stopping almost every day just to see what they might have.......We needed so many things for the new house i just couldnt pay full price.......

Clothes Dryer...Nearly New with wrinkle release function.......$125.
Microwave.......Nearly new also,just a small counter one.......$15
TV.................36 inch tv for DS room,cuz he was supposed to get a game room too but i took it for my nearly used Work out equipment Tv..$50
Treadmill and eliptical bike......Yard sale...still had packaging......$150
Great lounger for pool area.....Oh so nice........................$6

Also got a great skirt and top set........$7

Will be wearing the set for a lunch or dinner on our See the resorts Tour.

Next week is going to be a bad week for me. The ol' bossman is out on vacation. And, when he is gone I.............me............ol' lonesome me has to take over.
