I GOT MY DOCS!!!

They were here when I got home from Lindsey's softball game- they came UPS!!
Only four more softball games of the season. Things should slow down then and I can focus on packing!

Kasey- We have the late seating. I wanted the first seating, but there wasn't any avalibility because we booked so late. I am now glad it worked out that way. Everything I have read says it makes things more laid back because you're not having to rush back to the room to get ready for dinner.
My DD is 12 so we don't have to worry about getting her to bed early.

Jules- Still resting the arm, I hope. Your Dr. must have really numbed you up well before the cortisone shot!! It hurt when my Dr. moved that shot all around.

I can't remember who asked, but we didn't book any excersions for Nassau. We planned, at first, to go to Atlantis. Then decided just to go into the town look around, go to the straw market and then go back to the ship to do stuff there. We have never been on a cruise or to another country, so I was afraid of stuffing such a big trip into the day. We want to just chill out. If all goes well and we like cruising, I may try to talk DH into doing 7 night next year or early 2008. Then we will do more stuff.

I'm really getting excited! My friends are so jealous that I'm going on a cruise and they are stuck here in Vidalia! ....JK

Kelly- take deeeep breaths, it will be over before you know it, so enjoy this time and don't stress out to much!

I am here! I have been reading but too busy to post. I have my docs also! I have another question for those of you on the later dinner seating. What time to you expect to disembark? I know the early seating has breakfast around 6:30, and I think I read somewhere that the later seating has an 8 a.m. breakfast. I have a towncar that is scheduled to pick me up at 8:30. If I change my seating from early to late, what time do I need schedule a pick up?

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Jane, We have early seating. With our two youngest we thought it would be best especially the 3yr old - no one wants to be around our Hillary when she is tired and hungry!! It is downright scary
We have an 8:00pm Palo ressie, with early we can take the girls to dinner at the usual time then check them into the kids club and still have our adult only meal without missing a restaurant in our rotation.

About packing, I have not even started. I do have an idea of what I will be packing but I just have not physically packed anything. This weekend, I will have DH bring up the luggage from our basement storeroom.
I did call the kennel and reserved a place for our dog for the week and I placed an order with crayola.com for some Color Wonder and Color Explosion activities sets for the girls' goodie bags for the plane. I still need to pop into the Dollar store for a few other things for their bags.

We are very excited! We have not been on a Disney Ship since 2000 and at that time we only had one child- Hannah, she was 4 yrs old and she loved the kids club. So I am a bit anxious to see how the yougest two like the clubs and the whole cruising experience.

Everyone must be so stressed out over packing as no one seems to have time for the boards. Since I am not flying and am only going for a 4 day cruise I am not packing until a few days before.

Alie and I watched a photo trip report of the 10 day Wonder cruise the other night that was very good. Last night we watched a video of Palo. Yummy.

Tomorrow is my Friday off then it will be only 2 more weekends till our cruise.

Kelly how are you holding up? Only one more week till your wedding. I hope all of your final plans are falling into place.

I am here - sorry I havr not posted at all today - but I have been a bit ill today, I came back to work which was probably a bad idea ! I will be fine soon and chatting away like anything again. The Palo video sounds yummy !!

Poor Jules! I can relate to the not feeling well. I took off an hour early from work yesterday to see a doctor. Then I went right home and went to sleep. I am doing everything I can so that I will be better in time for the cruise. It just happened that lots of my coworkers started getting sick just in time for the trip.

I am still way excited that it is all so close! I need to watch the DCL video soon to get even more excited. What kinds of foods were they serving in the Palo video Jane? I could use a chocolate buffet right about now!

I think to encourage posting we should write stories using the smilies!
