Someone posted that they will have a dry erase board that we can post changes on. Or...in my case, a cabin number, because at this rate I won't have one until port.

Can you possibly add that notation on each list so that as we print them and/or bring them up on our phones, it will be there?

Can someone help me with the magnets? I went to Michaels and bought a 10x10 magnetic sheet. How do I personalize the wonderful magnets that are on here? I would love the mickey head over the room number and one with my daughters names on it.. Thanks in advance!!!

Also do you print the image then glue it to the magnet or cut pieces of the magnet and print it on a heavy paper? Sorry for all the questions

Hi there, personally I have never used the magnetic sheets. That beig said you can find all kinds of designs that can be personalized by going to the Creative DISign thread. I'm there as well as many others and I know we would be happy to help you. Some have their own programs and they personalize blank designs that are on our sharing sites. I use Photoshop. Once you have your design you simply print it and cut it out and thats it. For me I use card stock...print, cut, laminate, trim, attach magnets.More work but still great results. I bought a laminator this time and I'm loving it. Happy creating.

Good Morning. I have done magnets 2 ways...first, I printed them directly onto the magnetic sheet with an inkjet printer and second, I print what I want onto paper, cut it out, laminate it, and I buy a rolled up magnet that is adhesive on one side, cut them into squares, and stick it to the back of the lamanated paper. I also found out that after a few years, the magnetic sheets lose their strength. Currently, I do option #2. If you have a design that you want done, let me know and I will try and help you get thru it before the cruise with either the magnetic sheet or paper method.

Here is the link to the Creative DISigns thread. Both Shadowryter and I do DISigns, check the links in our signature. However, there are many many talented disigners, check the sticky at the top of the list.

I have used magnetic sheets. You just print directly on the sheets. Most of the time, they stick just fine. Test them on your refrigerator. There has been only once (I had bought a cheaper brand) that only part of one sheet didn't stick at all. The same cheap brand stuck for the most part, but they were very thin, and on the cabin door, they did move around the door a little instead of sticking just to one spot.

A 10x10 magnetic sheet won't fit in your printer will it? You'll have to cut it down. Hope this helps, feel free to ask.

I purchased printer magnet paper from Staples here in Canada. It worked like a charm in my Ink jet printer.

I have used the magnetic sheets from Staples that you print directly on. If you get a cabin door that hasn't been repainted they work great. But I have found that on Disney the doors aren't really painted, they have a plastic coating on them. It is just thick enough that it creates an issue in keeping the magnets on the door. They constantly fall off. So I am now in the process of getting the thicker magnets with the adhesive on it & attaching my magnets to those. New magnets I am making will be printed on paper or cardstock & then adhered to the new adhesive magnets.

Shadowryter....could you please make a couple of bubble-letter/alphabet names for me? Peggy in Minnie Mouse, Shannon in Tinker Bell, and Matthew in Cars, and Marty in Stitch.

My step-kids & their Mom are getting on our ship the morning we get off & I want to surprise them & have their door pre-decorated when they arrive. They know almost nothing about the decorating of doors and nothing about fish extenders! I have some educating to do!
