Is the lab the same room for both groups? Im assuming it is. How do they handle breaking up for their activities? What if a 10yr wants to do something the 9yrs are doing? They are just told no?
Or are there dividers in this Lab?

The day you board go to the lab to "register". Do this after any other ressies you want - they know you're onboard and have planned space for your son. During the registration they set up all the details and they are then assigned to their group. When they check in and out during the week the kids are directed to where their group is. According to my kids many times the groups were not actually in the lab at the same time. One of the reasons to pay attention to those navigators - they tell you where the groups are at all times.
