I noticed when the general (non-CP) bookings for Le Cellier were made available last week, lunch seating times were very limited, with no ADRs available before 1 pm. I thought this was odd since I'd read elsewhere that CP bookings don't start until 1:45 pm.
Today, as CP ADRs were made available, I checked and noticed that I could book a CP lunch for Le Cellier with a noon ADR time.
My takeaway from all of this is that Disney must hold back the overwhelming majority of lunch ADRs at Le Cellier for CP, including all ADRs before 1 pm. Given the popularity of the resturant, its limited seating capacity, and the fact that you can't book Le Cellier for a dinner CP package, I suppose this is not surprising.
Another way of saying this is that Disney has virtually made Le Cellier a de facto 2 TS lunch during the time CP is running (especially if you want an ADR before 1 pm).
