I agree, I am no JMC supporter but I find any rude comments about his physical presence as disgusting. I may be a dem but I do feel that McCain is an American hero and deserves repsect and is not to be mocked for things that were caused by his service to our country. I would never say anything to attack him on that level, only on real political stuff, that is why I was offended when the other poster made those references about Obama, which were just as stupid as attacks on JMC are.

I guess we can say Obama is a drug addict just like GWB is a coke head....there we go immaturity all around.....BTW this was just a joke.

Threads like these usually arise from "concern trolls," users that post their "concerns" about someone/something in an attempt to defame them, all in the name of innocence. I fully believe that the OP's intentions and actions shown throughout this board, and more recently, throughout this thread fall in line with that description.

I saw that too. As for the cross, I never saw it as a cross until someone pointed it out. I don't know if it was intentional or not and I wasn't on the DIS boards back then to see what people had said about it. Even though I had a user name a couple of years ago, I didn't start posting until the end of Jan 2008. If he meant for the cross to be there, I don't have a problem with that although I'm sure many did at the time. He was sitting next to a Christmas tree after all and it wasn't like HE was trying to be the second coming or anything.

I am neither for nor against Obama particularly, but I do know what the New Testament says. IF you want to try to find a part for him, you could make yourself believe he's one of two people who are to appear in the End Times, and neither of them are flattering:

1. The Anti-Christ. This person is to take up a position of political power, and at first he's to seem to be perfect. He's to unite the world as one and most everyone will be taken in by his speaking ability. People will flock to him. Several years into his reign -- after he has considerable power -- he's to show his "true colors" and begin to show that he's on Satan's side.

You amaze me ever time I read your post!!!! Well if this post falls in that description so would your post with the you tube video of John McCain or was that OK because it was a topic ripping on McCain and not OB your golden boy?
