I was in Cnn.com this a.m and it had a national poll with CLinton and Obama essetially tied 45-43% (Clinton on top slightly)...I was in again just now and the poll now shows Obama UP 50-40% He has also picked up some more superdelegates and has increased his lead to almost 90. Take it for whats its worth!!:)

I'm still at work so I haven't watched but been catching up on the Obama blog. I did see on Mark Halperin's Page at Time that Obama got 2 more superdelegates, Chris Dodd's endorsement, and the lone SD representative in the House's endorsement. :thumbsup2

I've seen the last few questions and thought Obama handled himself well - especially saying that it's not something Hillary has to prove but he laid out what makes him the better candidate.

I'm interested to see the spin.

It was a good discussion.

Our party should be really proud of the candidates we've selected this primary season. Right from the beginning it was clear that this was a talented and driven group.

I feel very good.

Yeah, both are great candidates compared to the Republican choices, as much as I disagree with her campaign style.

They both did fairly well with their responses. No surprises. HRC didn't do herself any favors with her whining though, again, not behavior you want to see from a POTUS.

I'm watching the clips and quotes and I can't believe some of the stuff she was saying in the beginning.

He looked poised, Presidential, intelligent, and positive - both had their good moments but it was an overall boring debate, which benefits Obama (frontrunner).

She didn't land any hits.

I didn't watch it, but I read a recap on msnbc.com. Sounds like Obama was fine.

I was looking for Ohio newspapers or other sites for their perception on last night. I found these poll results on Cleveland.com

Q. Who won the debate at CSU?

Latest Poll Results:

Obama 67.3%
Clinton 17.5%
Draw 15.2%

:woohoo:

Since Hillary came out fighting, sounds good to me.

Yeah, to tell you the truth I was nervous at how the tone of the debate would be like but I was happy it was kept civil.

I was reading the Obama blog last night and the 4 major newspapers in OH had positive remarks for Obama from the debate last night. :thumbsup2

Mr. Obama twice mispronounced Massachusetts (“Massatoosetts”), the state where he went to law school.

I read this in some review - I've read a million on Realclearpolitics.com so I'm not sure where.

Funny thing is when I moved to Arkansas at the age of 9 I was amazed at the number of people including teachers who pronounced it that way. I remember being bewildered by it. I don't think I've heard that in years. It seems to be an acceptable second pronunciation in some areas.

A Houston superdelegate switched from Clinton to Obama today, AP is reporting. His superdelegate count is now up to 203.

I really think the superdelegates should stay out of it until all the primaries are over.
