Oakwater resort?

I'm considering a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo rental at Oakwater for our December trip. We've stayed at a similarly size condo at Windsor Hills before, which we really liked. How does Oakwater compare to Windsor Hills? Is the main pool comparable? To be perfectly honest, I'm considering this particular condo at Oakwater solely because of the decor in the child's bedroom. My daughter would flip for it. Opinions on Oakwater please? I've read very little about it here.
