Oahu, Hawaii Fishing? Anyone?

Anyone ever do a fishing tour on the island of Oahu? I am planning a trip for my aunt and uncle and their two kids, DS15 and DD17.

I'm looking for fun things for them to do and my uncles really enjoys to fish. Can anyone recommend something for me?

I haven't tried a fishing excursion on Oahu, but I suggest:

Touring Pearl Harbor
Snorkeling in Hanauma Bay
Climbing Diamond Head
Visiting the North Shore
The Polynesian Cultural Center

Thanks! I am aware of all the usual stuff, but I was looking for some kind of fishing excursion for my uncle. We wanted to make sure to book something he would really enjoy.

I know in Alaska if you go fishing they can freeze it and ship it home for you. Do they have anything like that in Hawaii?

We went out deep sea fishing off Oahu about 6 years ago. It was AMAZING! By far the best fishing trip we have ever taken. We caught about 20 Ono(Wahoo). We caught a nurse shark and a few other fish as well.

I would highly recommend it. Of course with fishing, you never know what will happen, but we had a great experience! The ono was delicious!
