Anyone been to Atlantis? Is it worth the money?

Anyone stayed at the Comfort Suites instead?

Anyone been mid March? Is it crowded and warm?

:wave2:

We went in August & booked the room at Comfort Suites, checked in & checked right out. DH offered cab driver $20 to take just the 4 of us over so we didnt have to waste time waiting to fill van. Atlantis was worth it to me as it is something we have always wanted to visit and the cruise made it possible. It is huge so being able to cover it all in 1 day is impossible. It was HOT & packed in August so hopefully for you in March it will be way better. I say go for it & experience it. :thumbsup2

We went two weeks ago, booked with Comfort Suites, then bought another wrist band at Atlantis for our 5th person. Ended up costing around $380, but it was well worth the money. It was the highlight of our trip. The weather was around 75 degrees and sunny. From what I understand, the water is not heated, but it was plenty warm enough (from someone who likes water around 90 degrees at that). We would get a little chilly walking around in our wet suits later in the afternoon, but it wasn't bad and we were fine staying in the water.

Does anyone know the cost of a taxi from the airport to Comfort Suites? Not sure it is worth to take the bus offered by Expedia for $200 there and back for the 4 of us??

Taxi's are $4 per person each way, plus $1 toll (per vehicle) going on to Paradise Island, but not coming off.

Sorry, I didn't catch that you meant from the airport until I after I replied. The fare is $4 from the port, don't know the cost from the airport.
