I think I am the lucky one here - I have got all mine and I never got an email or had to show my till receipt :confused3 wish I had ordered two sets now!!

Hope this gets sorted out and those of you that have ordered and didn't have the terms and conditions they've imposed now get them :thumbsup2
 
Just a thought but if anyone really wants a dwarf why not buy a product from Argos, scan the till receipt and then take it back for a refund?

Don't know about this specific offer, but normally there is a clause in the terms and conditions that states that returning the main item would also require you to either return or pay full price for the item (i.e. the dwarf) that you got at discounted price because you bought the main item.

This is there because otherwise you could exploit offers such as buy 1 get 1 free where you could theoretically buy 1 item and get 1 free with it, then return the bought one for a refund, keeping the free one.
 
I don't think this would apply with this UKStitch - you buy the item and you get a code, and have to use this separately to get your plush. They just need to see proof of purchase (though I'm glad I didn't have to do this!) such as a scanned till receipt. They have no way of knowing that you returned the item as the two company's aren't connected as such. And even if you did you, wouldn't have to return the Dwarf and it's separate purchase :thumbsup2

And I don't think they will check to see if you have ordered a Dwarf before they refunded your purchase :rolleyes1
 
Just ordered all of them, we'll see what comes through, I have maybe 4 receipts anyway in case I need them, no emails so far though. Will let you know if I get them :)
 
Just to let everyone know I rang the promoter just now and was told nobody will be getting the dwarfs if you didnt send a receipt back when they emailed you. They have started refunding people. She was a snotty cow and got really sarcastic and said it was Disney that pulled the stops

There's a big thread on this at MSE and it seems everyone has been calling which is probably why she's a bit fed up!
 
I think I was the first to ring today on that thread and she was fed up with me other people have rang due to what she told me i think
