O.K., We did it, now just a quick question about August

yep, gave our CC deposit this morning. Doing 200 points with 30% down. Put the down payment on disney visa, so I wouldn't drain the savings too bad right now and pay it off next month with DH's bonus. 200 points now with my contract backdated, 200 renews in Feb.

well I got ressies at CR for aug 10-14. (30th bday) If I can get into a studio somewhere I would certainly cancel, waiting on my guide to call now for my # to make ressies at MS. I am doubting to find anything available, what do ya'll think? What's the feeling for august? I know it is a busy time in the parks, didn't know about the DVC's. I wouldn't be picky on which place, just want a studio.

I was checking on my next trip and saw your posting so I checked some availability for your dates as well.
Good news ... there are studios available at VWL, SSR and OKW for all your dates. Boardwalk was missing the 10th and nothing at BCV.
If you put the deposit down this morning, you should be able to call member services tomorrow to make your reservation. It takes about a day for them to enter you into the system.
Call your guide and he/she should give you a number to call.

WOW! Ya'll really are making me feel like family...I appreciate the effort. Kinda on pins and needles here. I would love to save $800 from CR and plunk it down on the DVC. Our goal is to have it paid off in 15 months. Then the add on adventure begins! Thanks again for looking!
