Small update--her donor (her younger brother and my nephew) is in recovery. He's O.K. Actually, he's the one who really had surgery today. She's getting the marrow soon, and it will be more like a transfusion than a surgery.

She'll be in the hospital for a LONG time after this, poor baby! I'll be glad when I can visit her. No one can right now because her immune system is seriously comprised. (It's actually non-existant at the moment.)
