Sounds fantastic! We love Storyteller's and Riverbelle. My kids and DH haven't been to the BB so I made PS there too.

The Fantasmic! dessert seating looks fabulous. Did you see the new thread started today with all of the photos? It looks like so much fun!

I did. Sometimes I think how much do you want to spend and then you see that and go thats why. It is so far for us to come, so you just want to do it right. This trip is about stopping to smell the roses amongst the crowds. we have enough days to ride everything once and we are looking forward to stopping and enjoying some meals. I am sooooo looking forward to my 1am calls for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day finding some quiet late night jobs to do while waiting.

There isn't a discount for tickets, just APs and it's only $20.

It was crazy. I have been watching the craziness in Oakland. Such a sad thing.

They have been having "Occupy Oakland". They let them stay in parks for weeks and yesterday broke their encampment up. Last night there was what was a peaceful protest until the police started using teargas and beanbag guns. It was ugly.

It is just getting uglier and there is no rhyme or reason. I saw pictures of people with huge black and blue welts where they were hit with the bean bags. I find this all ugly. The addition of the anarchists to the "Occupy" people has not helped.

Not to discount though I am reading reports of water and paint being thrown on the police. I think there were bad things on both sides and there are actions that were taken that I don't agree with. Now Oakland police department is admitting to using something along the lines of rubber bullets on the crowds. It is all just ugly.

That's not nice either. Terrible. Makes everyone look bad and detracts from the point of the entire protest.

Exactly. It doesn't help that the mayor talks out of both sides of her mouth. One time she says that she supports the "Occupy" people and the next she orders things like riot police with rubber bullets.
