Nyquil??

I have the same problem with Benedryl. I took a normal dose when I was 22 and I slept for 14 hours. It was MISERABLE. I *wanted* to get up, but I was so groggy and dizzy that I couldn't move. And it wasn't because I was sick - I was drugged.

And yeah you would think, since you can take it every 6 hours, that it would be long gone 14 hours later, but it wasn't. I will never take that stuff again unless I have a serious allergic reaction and there's no choice.

Same here...I will take Benedryl as a totally last resort and it has to be a bad allergic reaction and then I am so groggy and drugged.
