Morning Aisling! i need to have Ryan's car blessed - he FINALLY got it back Monday - (only 8 weeks & $3600!!)

Oh Colleen - i had totally forgotten HOW many photos you took..yep you'll probably want a couple of 'storybooks'...unless you do the digital pages & put them on album pages....you can get 600-800 photos or more in a 12x12 album....depends on the size you make your photos...

Congrats to Chad Aisling! The tour company tells me we'll get our final schedule 1st week of june; i'll email Chad then with our available nights & see what we can work out.

And congrats to Adrian too....it will be a 'fun' time for him & a great life experience as well

Ok Aisling since your bored, here is one for the ladies, I hesitate to post this because I sure it will be used against me.

This is written from a woman's point of view.

I was walking down the street when I was accosted by a particularly dirty and shabby-looking homeless woman who asked me for a couple of dollars for dinner.
I took out my wallet, got out ten dollars and asked, 'If I give you this money, will you buy wine with it instead of dinner?'
'No, I had to stop drinking years ago', the homeless woman told me.
'Will you use it to go shopping instead of buying food?' I asked.
'No, I don't waste time shopping,' the homeless woman said.
'I need to spend all my time trying to stay alive.'
'Will you spend this on a beauty salon instead of food?' I asked.
'Are you NUTS !' replied the homeless woman. ' I haven't had my hair done in 20 years!'
'Well,' I said, 'I'm not going to give you the money.
Instead, I'm going to take you out for dinner with my
husband and me tonight.'
The homeless Woman was shocked. 'Won't your husband
be furious with you for doing that? I know I'm dirty, and I probably smell pretty disgusting.'

I said, 'That's okay. It's important for him to see what a woman
looks like after she has given up shopping, hair appointments, and wine.'

Mel gave up fighting me over my shopping YEARS ago (he had no fighting chance )
But he'll notice if I give up wine...

and he wouldn't like it.

Hi everyone. I have been so busy and haven't checked in for a few days. A lot happens here in a short time.

Aisling, Congrats on your sons grades. That is quite an accomplishment.

For anyone planning on parasailing and looking for a friend to join them, I am dying to give it a try. I'm usually very brave until it comes time to do things and then I like a hand to hold.

I see Artman is still at it with the jokes. Don't believe that shy business. He's pretty reserved at times, but I assure you if you get a few drinks in him he will entertain you all evening. He's a real smart *** and the come back king of the family.

Aisling and all you girls looking for dresses, I found one. I plan on wearing it for the formal night. It's black with wide tank straps and a gather at the middle below the chest. It comes to my knee (taller women above the knee). I love it. Now I need shoes and a dress for New Years. I love all this "necessary" shopping.

This afternoon Jesse and his friends are going to the Conan O'Brian taping. I told him to try to sneak some pictures on his cell phone.

Tig, it's good you're not coming up today...it's a rainy miserable day. I had wanted to take you to John Lennon's building (where Rosemary's Baby was filmed) so you can take photos, especially at night. It's a gothic-style building, and I think you'll love it.

I saw Nan and fam. in that picture you posted. My first thought wa bless Paul, the way he let's Nan dress him up in all those matching outfits!! i sent her a text message, but but I don't think she'll be able to read it yet. I remember my cell phone worked on St Thomas, but not on St Maarten. i hope she replies!

That sounds like a good plan! I am glad you said something cause I'll know to pack my tripod and monopod for our field trip - esp for the night shots~
