NYC news to be announced tomorrow

From what I read the announcement is pertaining to Disney Parks, so I don't think it will be a DCL announcement. But, who knows? I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure DCL is operated by Parks and Resorts...and making an announcement IN NYC ABOUT NYC makes sense...

But the news will also be fed through the DL and WDW Facebook feeds as well, and "Disney Parks" does not general make the general public think of DCL. So in addition to the rumored cruise, I'm thinking we'll get updated details on the DL and DCA expansions, and perhaps a few new things...

In the interview with Steven Clark he said there is a big D23 event planned for NYC it could be that.

I don't know if they'd make quite that big a deal about it, but it is due, so I'm sure it's part of it at least.

Someone linked on another thread to an article with several rumors, among them that it's just the 2011 marketing theme- something about making memories- and that the former water country site will be a new DVC property.

I thought the same, but I looked it up and both DCL and DVC do fall under the overall head of Disney Parks, so it could be the long awaited NYC terminal announcement.

Although I'm inclined to be inline with mrsklamc's thinking in that it is an announcement of a new "celebration" theme. I guess we'll see.
