Nutrition Menus Online?

Are there WDW nutrition menus posted anywhere online? I know I can ask the chef at each restaurant, but I want to do some pre-planning. I have to limit my fat content for medical reasons. Obviously I'm not going to be ordering a high fat menu item, but you never know if something has a lot of hidden fat.
