Nursery booking glitch?

Anyone else having issues booking nursery time? Every time I try to book, in the browser or app, it books only the first and last half hour I’ve selected. So if I select 11-1, it books 11:00-11:30 and 12:30-1:00. It’s been like this for days. I’d just book by the half hour but some hours are greyed out for starting the nursery time so this doesn’t work. I haven’t maxed out our 10 hours of booking yet so that’s not the issue. Any suggestions?

This happened to me in October and I'm honestly fuzzy how I fixed it. I *think* I cancelled the two reservations and gave it time to update then booked successfully. But don't quote me on it. I definitely remember this happening though and being frustrated.

I think it's at capacity during that hour? Maybe. I tried to book it for our Palo night and I could get the half hour before dinner and the half hour after dinner but nothing in between.
