Number of people in a mears taxi?

I was wondering if anyone knew how many people Mears can fit in a taxoi. I read somewhere that they will send a minivan that can hold 7 people, we are a group of 6 and that would work for us perfectly if we wanted to travel off Disney property.

They do have seven-passenger vans and will send them on request. Frequently there are some waiting to pick up passengers. If not, they will call one for you.

We had to take a taxi from All Star Sports to POP and although there were only 2 of us, they called and a van that was already waiting in the parking lot picked us up. What was shocking is that it was well over $20 to go such a short distance! I did the fare calculator online and it showed $10 cheaper than what we had to pay. We had a split stay so we wanted to just take our bags and not bother with luggage transfer and would do it again but not sure why the price was off so much!? The driver even went the route that I would have taken if I had my own car. Oh well, it didn't break the bank and we knew our luggage was safely with us!
