Nudists

Anyone else have nudist children?

Dd3(3yo) hates clothes and usually runs naked around the house. We try to put clothes on her and off they come. If she uses the rest room, she has to strip all clothes off. Also, every time the front door(we have those baby saftey door knobs to keep her from opening it) opens, she runs outside to flash the neighbors. Dh worries about this but I tell him I'm sure a naked baby won't scar anyone for life.
YET she loves to put shoes on especially her sisters' shoes.



Last night.. My 7yo dd had tied her robe to her shoulders like a cape and ran around naked saying "My name is Blue Rainbow Angel"

Good thing you live in Texas............it's pretty chilly up here to be pulling stunts like that.......even if you're three!

DS was a nudist for several years running. Then when he was about 3 years old we got him some snowboots, and he loved those thing so much. He'd run around the house naked as a jay bird, except for the snow boots.

My nephew (now 18) was also a nudist. I'll never forget one year during my mother's annual Christmas open house. The snotty neighbor nextdoor was looking out the window with a scornful look on her face and started yelling at my mother, "Toni, do you know what your grandson is up to???" My mom was running around doing hostess stuff, but took a minute to look out the window. Jeremy was completely naked, running around outside with snow on the ground, happy as a little clam. LOL! My mother was of course mortified but she figured it might keep the neighbor from ever returning to the Christmas open house. No such luck. The interesting this is Jeremy grew up to be a real clothes horse, last year for Christmas his only thing on his wish list was GC to Abercombrie......

For as modest as I tend to be, both my girls love to run around without much on. And Bri's been to a clothing optional campground.
They never ran around nude though. I would insist on something or they couldn't leave their room. Since I was their favorite playmate, they put something on.

Yes, not only was he a nudist.....he would sing about it in "The Hills Are Alive" fashion! He is 13 now, but when he was a toddler, he would pull his clothes off and run around yelling: "I......am......NAKED!!" And to this day he is not ashamed of it....bringing it up does not embarrass him!!

My youngest DD (now age 8) used to run around naked all the time when she was younger...like 2-4 years old. She wouldn't even think twice about stripping off her clothes wherever we went....even restaurants I used to be so nervous sometimes.....hoping she wouldn't do it. AND she had and still has a heck of a temper!!!!

Back in 2000 we went on a disney cruise and on Castaway Cay she refused to where her suit!!! There I am chasing her naked butt around the beach!!!!

Now, she will not let anyone see her changing clothes or anything-not even me...extreme opposite of how she use to be!!!

OOOh, so glad I'm not alone! Both my DS's (5 & 3) just love to be naked! It's starting to get cold up here in MA, but the older one wants to sleep "nakie" anyways, just with an extra blanket! And the younger one, every time I turn around he's stripping! I figured they'd grow out of it someday so I don't stress .... but it can be awkward when the doorbell rings!
