NSSHP Tips?

So the other day, my mom popped the question, and asked me if I wanted to go the the NSSHP, since I have a four day weekend soon. I, of course, said yes, and am SOOOOOOO excited! I've never been this time of year, so any tips so we can use our precious Dis time well?

I've been to MNSSHP sooo many times, so I sorta feel like a pro at it lol it's my all time favorite thing Disney does. The parade is the absolute best they offer, so I'd reserve a seat fairly early. I wanna say the first one is around 8:30. The second one is obviously less crowded, but I normally go to the first instead. The headless horseman rides about 10 minutes before each parade so be on the lookout for him. There is candy stations everywhere. There are some good trails around the haunted mansion and in the FP splash mtn line. You can get exclusive shirts in the emporium and in tomorrowland at mickey's star traders, but I wouldn't wait too late to get them bc they run out pretty fast. And definitely swing by the Haunted mansion. The cast members look awesome
