I'm guessing you mean the link did not work? Put the cursor on it (with the mouse) and click. If nothing happens, left click on the link and drag to highlight the entire link starting with the http or www and then (leaving it highlighted) go up to the very top of your computer screen and click on 'Edit', choose 'copy'. Ok, now it is stored in your computer. Go to the 'address' line and click to highlight the addy there and hit the 'delete' button on your keyboard to erase your email address. When the space is empty, using the mouse left click into the empty space and then right click and choose 'paste'. This should put the link into your web line, now hit enter and it should work. It is really easier than it sounds all spelled out, lol. If you can't figure that out, just write down the exact address as it appears in the email, then click into the addy line at the top and delete what's there and then type in the addy EXACTLY as it was written in the email.
