I heard from someone who was there yesterday that it was not crowded at all, so expect the crowds to die down even more during the week.

will be there in 10 hours...

So bummed that it does not open till 10 am... As my Ds and I are going. as it is his last day of summer trip with mommy only..

I was hoping that it would open at 9 since we need to leave by 3 so I can get to school on time...

I'm curious what the crowds might be like on the weekend as well. Will there be a big drop as people turn their minds back to work and school after the summer? Also I wonder if the anniversary of Sept 11th on Tuesday will dampen crowds...particularly in light of the arrests in Denmark and Germany...might make people nervous?

The line for Nemo today (Wed 9/5) was 30-45 minutes all day. Never over 45. Not bad. And the temps dropped quite a bit - it was in the mid 80's. Nice day to be at DL!

just back.... The lines were very short...

If youwant to go to DCA first go right ahead. we walked onto everything. Was off of sorain by 10 am and off to mulholland. Even rode twice with out getting off..


We could count how many guests were there..

Also DL was very managable. Also the HM is now closed to be re-decorated...

We actually had to wait for the parking lot to open..


Will be back on Saturday and let you know how the crowds are.

Yay! I'm going on a Wed night 7 ish to hit Nemo to get it out of the way. Good to know!

We were there yesterday (Wed) and it was SOOOOO not crowded! It was AWESOME.....

We got there around 2:00pm and practically walked onto to every ride.

Here is what we rode/did (and approximate wait times):


CA ADVENTURE:

Monsters Inc (3 min)
High School Musical 2 Pep Rally show
Muholland Madness (walked on)
Orange Stinger (walked on)
California Screamin' (5 min)





DISNEYLAND:

Buzz Lightyear (2 min)
Space Mountain (walked on)
FINDING NEMO!!! (for the first time!!! - this was the longest wait...and we only waited 35 minutes!!!!! Pretty damn awesome for a ride that usually has a 1-3+ HOUR wait!)
Matterhorn (3 min)
Pirates of the Carribean (walked on)
Splash Mountain (5 min)
Indiana Jones (15 min)



We left around 7pm (they closed at 8pm), so we accomplished quite a bit in less than 5 hours

9/6 I would call 'light crowds' in both parks.

Except for the Nemo line... everything open looked pretty short.
