Took this one a last week. I was trying to capture the way the sun was shining though the trees. I thought it looked pretty cool. Didn't quite get it the way I wanted, but I was rushed as it was dinner time and DD was hungry and yelling at me to feed her and I had to get the window opened then closed bla bla bla bla bla,,,,

The fact it is a hand held shot at night, is what I am most proud of!
Yes it is a little slanted, but I don't care.

Just baaaarely learning photoshop. I have photoshop 7. Just learned to do the B&W turn bits of pic into color and how to take out the date imprint! I hope to post more pics and get more constructive comments on them!

Image Rotate - and made sure the background was set to black. It gave a little blank space underneath that looked odd from the bottom of the image so i cropped it up a bit to hide it.

Enjoy photoshop... it seems daunting at first, but once you get to know it you'll wonder what you did without it!

since it was raining and there were no rugby league games on the weekend (and last weekend was too rainy to get any good shots), i was going through a bit of withdrawal. so, in going through some of the photos i've taken over the last few weeks, i've picked out a few that made me stop and go 'hmmmm'

1. the tackling instinct is so strong, it's often stronger than the 'he's on your team' one...

2. 'ha ha, he has the ball and you don't!'

3. 'i'm a lover, not a fighter...'

4. 'dummy left, juke right, jump...up?'

5. '...and mum said watching too much star trek would never help me in life'
