Mak,

I fixed your pic on the other thread
Yes, thank you. I saw that and got distracted by 'real life' and didn't get a chance to reply!

Here is a photo with my new Canon Powershot S2 IS:

It is of my 2 fur babies, Dudley & Hunter! :)

awww that pic is soo cute, tuffcookie! we have newfoundlands and a spaniel so it looks a little funny when we take pictures of them together too.

It was a pretty clear night last night so I took the camera outside to get a few shots of the moon. It wasn't full but I figured I'd take a few practice shots before the full moon this weekend and incase it's cloudy. I also took some nice ones of the big dipper, but I'm having an issue with transfering it to photobucket. For some reason photobucket keeps rotating it the wrong way no matter how I try. I'll try it again tomorrow. Not sure how it will look as my monitor is old and my pics don't look as good on my monitor after transfering as they do on the camera's lcd screen.

One of my all time favorites (non Disney) taken with my old digital rebel.

The ferris wheel picture is very cool! I have never seen anything like that!
I always loved this picture of Tara and Bullseye at MK. This picture was taken March, 2003 when we were on vacation in WDW before we even thought of moving here. Such a cutie with her hair braided!

I have never again seen Bullseye out and about for autographs (not saying he isn't but we have never seen him!)

what were the settings on your camera? I assume you used a tripod.

Thanks.

This was a little later in the evening so the colors are not as dramatic as the ferris wheel but it is pretty cool. I took several different speeds to highlight the merry go round lights. :surfweb:

Brack this is my favorite shot of yours, really cool. I wanted to try one like this in Dec but I did not get the chance.

This one I had ISO set to 1600, shutter was 1/2000 with f/5.6. I did use a tripod only because I was at full zoom at 300mm and it was tough holding the camera steady pointing almost straight up in the air at a small subject. This image is cropped a little. I'm hoping to get another opportunity this weekend as the moon is almost full, but there is a Noreaster forcast for Sat night. Hopefully by Sun night it will be clear. I'd also like to play around with the setting a little more.

Thanks. When I went this past December I forgot my tripod and I didn't think of doing any other shots like this but I will next time.

This one was kind of an accident. This was from 2003 and my flash didn't go off, but it came out with an interesting sillhouette.
