my hallowishes firework pic, taken with my late lamented nikon coolpix 2000, it might be old fashioned, but it was a great camera!

I'm now waiting for my new camera to arrive, we've gone for a minolta dynax d50, I like playing with the macro lens, and night time/low light and flash free shots... the anti shake feature sounded good.

Deesknee, you have to upload your picture to an online photo-hosting site such as photobucket, pbase, or webshots. Then you can copy the link to your picture in the body of your message.

I've enjoyed seeing all of the pictures posted on this thread. So many different cameras and interests. I enjoy diversity.

Sadly, I have no Disney pictures yet. I'll have hundreds after April. : ))

But here are some of my favorite things to use my camera for, all from the past year...

Trips...(Chicago from the airplane window)

Family occasions...(my sister and nephew at his wedding last spring)

Changing my view from this...

Flowers in my garden to remember when it's cold like now...

My little dog Boo..

Other animals sometimes...

And of course, the subject that keeps my camera very busy, my kids, represented here by the destructive methods my son uses to have fun. Yes, a bit more like Syd unfortunately...

By the way, the first picture was heavily post processed to remove window haze, city haze, etc.

is that a computer software package you use to make the backgrounds B&W with the subject in color? everyones pictures on here impress me and make me want to delete all of mine...keep up the photo show so i can enjoy some more...
