Hey Martha!! That looks great!! :thumbsup2 I really gotta learn that technique - did you use the stitch settings on the S2? or on your own software? by the way - your Plumeria looks beautiful!! I've been off the board for a week or so - (have to clean the house sometime!!! :goodvibes ) I bet the smell is heavenly! My little lilac is blooming like crazy now and the scent blows in our family room windows - in the morning when I first come down, before the kids are up, it's just so awesome to inhale that smell!! Keep those awesome shots coming!!! :sunny:

Photostitch is pretty easy! I use the setting on the camera (the photos come out with a different looking file name you know which ones you used the setting on. Then you open up the software that came with the camera and open up the photos you want to "stitch"! It merges them and you can do a few adjustments. If I can DO it ANYONE can!!! You can go horizontal or vertical. I have not tried vertical yet.....

Clean the house.... yikes - I know that feeling.

I seem to either be working, playing on the DIS or with my photos, or at Disney!

I hate staying home on the weekends this time of year, once the weather gets too hot we don't go to the parks during the day, my house stays much cleaner!

I have a house guest coming in 10 days, so I need to get things in tip top shape! Oh yeah - not to mention the kittens!

The plumeria smell good, but not strong - not enough blooms. My neighbor has a yellow one blooming, I need to go down and check it out with my camera!

We have an orange tree in the back and when it blooms the smell is so heavenly. I love to sit outside and just breath!

Back to photography chat!!!!

Continuing with the recent Australian theme... here are some of my favorites from my Sydney harbor tour. :)

These pictures alone make me want to go to Australia. May I ask where they are?

Kelly's are from the Great Ocean Road in Victoria - at least, the second is for sure, and the first one looks like it. That is one spectacular road.

Mine are from Yarra Ranges National Park and Otway National Park - Yarra Ranges are about an hour and a half east of Melbourne, and the Otways are also down around the Great Ocean Road.

Need a map? ;)

That is correct! The second one is basically the end of The Great Ocean Road. Roger would know, the "Twelve Apostles" rock formation.

I sooooooooooo want to go back.

Here are a couple - one doesn't tend to take many kangaroo photos when one comes from a country full of the weirdos ;)

These are roos in their natural habitat - grassy savannah-type environments.

These are from Healesville Animal Sanctuary

I like Pademelon better, they're cuter.

What the heck is that? I guess I will be googling when I get done posting!

Thanks for posting the pics! I love the one who is sleeping with her paws covering her face!

I'm happy now!

Very cute they are... I learned something new today - I never heard of them!
From Wikipedia!

Hey -I have my own Kangaroo picture.... from AK! I totally forgot about it since it's not a great one - it was not being very cooperative about posing when I asked!

I was down at the White House this weekend with my skate group and had my new camera along. Off to one side, I noticed quite a bit of commotion. Rolling closer, I saw this man, a large group around him, walking across the area:

Now, is it, or isn't it? :)

No, that's not him. But awfully close! ;)

It's the guy who was at the Correspondent's Dinner and apparently brought down the house with his spot-on imitation of the prez. The "Today Show" (I guess that's one of the reporters with him) was filming a spot, and the group I was with just happened to roll up as they were finishing up.

This is kind of silly, but my kids are really into Pooh's Heffalump Movie at the moment, and my elder dd keeps making heffalump costumes. She asked me if I could take a picture of her and put it into one with the heffalump, so here it is. :thumbsup2 She also made some heffalump ears; I'm not sure why she didn't wear them when we took the pic--they're adorable.

I haven't posted a kitten picture in awhile (they are on the move all the time!) So I thought I'd post one I took today.

This is Nala. The kittens are 6 weeks old now, and will soon be leaving our family! I will surely cry, as I love each and every one of the furry little babies!
