I bought 4 light sets in there on Saturday, and never paid attention to the charge slip when I signed it. We decided we didn't need them, so I went to return them today. When I got to the service desk I noticed that they had only charged me for 3 sets. I told the lady about the mistake and she said I couldn't return the 4th set because I didn't have a receipt for them.
I told her I didn't expect the money for the 4th set, I was just returning them because they made a mistake by not charging me for them in the first place. She insisted that she couldn't take them back without a receipt. So, I got my money back for the 3 sets I paid for, and she wanted me to take the 4th set home with me, even though I never paid for it. I ended up just leaving the lights on another counter and hoping she didn't notice. Nothing like encouraging your customers to shoplift...
