Ok, any gmail users out there? I have a couple of questions. When I type, I will sometimes decide to re-word, or completely delete, a sentence or two. Normally what I would do is highlight the sentence(s) and just hit delete. Well, you can't do that in gmail, at least I haven't found a way of doing that yet. Does anyone know how to make gmail do that? I've also noticed that I can't cut and paste into gmail as well...anyone know how to to make gmail do that to? Otherwise I like gmail.

Thanks,

CCT

I'm not sure I understand. I have no problem deleting, copying or pasting. :confused3

With gmail I've found that to copy and paste, you have to use the "shortcut" keys.

As for deleting, I've never had a problem.

I can copy, paste, delete in Gmail- all the usual stuff, and I can do it from the edit menu or with keyboard shortcuts. Either way works fine.

I'm really curious, Tenor, about why you're having trouble. :confused3 Wish I was of more help.

just make sure you use ctrl c to copy and ctrl v to paste in gmail

You know what really stinks...I just did a test email to my work email and I was able to do what I've been having problems with. :confused3 It's like with your car. You take your car in to be repaired and the machanic can't find the problem to begin with...as soon as I posted the questions the problem went away. I don't know. I'll see if it happens again.
