How hard would it be to get a 2 br at vero beach on thanksgiving week? We are not DVCers. We would be going on cash. We are thinking of adding on a few days at the beach after our WDW trip. Is it cold at the end of Nov? could we swim? what other activities are there at the resort? are the activities free or do they charge for them? We have never done this type of trip, so I don't know alot about it. Thanks!!!!!

hi Ive been going the end of nov the last 2 years and leaving nov 30 this one.I couldnt believe last year!!it was in the mid80s all day then alittle chilly at night.I would suggest a couple of bathing suits just in case.I am staying at beach & yacht club til dec7.dont forget to see the osbourne lights at epcot.have a blast! jdubbs

also vero is alot quieter than the others not much to do.outlets were really nice.2hr drive to orlando.too quiet for me though
