Hi--Going on our first ever cruise...It will be for our honeymoon!! Both 35 and no kids.....WE are both Disney Nuts!!

How is the weather in November? Our cruise sails November 6-13

We are total cruise virgins so if any of the great veterans have some good tips for us...we would appreciate it!!

Thanks!!

Steve & Cheryl

we cruised Nov 16 - 20 2003 ... weather was nice, until we pulled away from Castaway Cay ... all the way back to Port C we were trying to out run a storm ... but on the last night you're typically indoors, so no one cared :)

We cruised on the 11/15 7 day Eastern & had hot beautiful weather. It sprinkled a little bit during the tropical deck party but didn't last long or stop anyone from enjoying themselves. We passed thru a bit of a storm shower on Thursday too but were at sea & kept busy anyway. The kids stayed in the pools...they were already wet after all. LOL! We liked it so much that we rebooked for 12/4 this year.

We sailed Nov 1 Eastern last year and had overall great weather. The seas were really rough the first 2 nights (so much so that they cancelled the show the first night and moved it to later in the week, it was the magician) and our day at sea (Thursday) was overcast and had some rain. The rest of the days were fabulous - St. Thomas and St. Maarten were warm, sunny and nice. Castaway Cay was the nicest day of all. The water was a tiny bit cool, but once you laid in the hot sun, the water felt good.

We've also sailed the last week of Oct (Western) and had fabulous weather all week.

November is typically still warm enough to swim but not so oppressively hot. We sail every year at Thankgiving. Like you, we have no kids and we have sailed on Disney Cruise Line 37 times! It is an awesome adult experience. You will really enjoy it.

newyork716 we are going that same week in November !!! We usually cruise in November and the weather is really nice ... keep your fingers crossed!

We cruised last year on the Western (11/8/03) and the weather was perfect.

Not too hot at sea, Grand Cayman or Castaway Cay.

Muggy in Key West. Pretty hot in Cozumel. Rained for 15 minutes in Grand Cayman late afternoon and all evenings were comfortable with a light sweater or sweatshirt.
