Are those Mickey heads free from HD? Do people from here typically laminate them? I wouldn't mind getting one and attaching it to our stroller. I have seen them in Home Depot, but didn't know if they were for sale or samples. My kids like looking at them when we go.

Thanks, Mari, for compiling the list. It's interesting to see how many people will be there the same time. I hope some of you will do trip reports. I am really going to try to do one this time around. I would have the last time, but couldn't remember what we did each day. I have since realized most reporters take notes or write in a journal. That's what I intend on doing. I will also take photos of food (those are my favorites to look at.)

Lulu, I'm hoping all the rides are walk on too! I was very strategic in our dates, and I have a feeling there will be no crowds at all. We're planning our park days to be during the workweek. I know weekends are the worst.

Disneyanajc, thanks for the Mickey head photo. I will have to think about where to hang mine. The only thing I am usually carrying is my camera so I guess I will have to rig up something for that.

heatherleigh, I hope everyone takes your suggestion to do a trip report when they get back. I did one last year. I had to write down the highlights of each day every evening so I could remember all the things we did. Putting the trip report together when we got back helped to extend the magic just a little longer too! It will be fun to see how many of us see the same things during November but from different views.

Speaking of different views, I got a new video camera for my birthday. When we go we will have another family with us. I am hoping each one of them will agree to do some filming so we can see parts of the trip through everyones' eyes, instead of just my husbands. He usually does the video recording and I usually do the still camera. This may be the first time there are some still shots of me and video of him!

Anyone else on the November list buy a brick for the esplanade and hope that it is installed by the time you go?

I bought the brick the end of July and they said it would be installed sometime in November. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is installed while we are there on the 1st thru the 8th.

If not, I may be begging some of the later November folks to take a picture for me.

So far...I have managed to keep this a surprise from DH and the kids.

We are talking of going in November as well... But are wondering when the lowest crowd time will be and if the parades and fireworks will be happening.

Obviously there are a bunch of us hoping for less crowds! Everything I have read suggests lower crowds early in the month or the week after Thanksgiving and by avoiding Veteran's Day & Thanksgiving week.
Holiday season should kick off on the 21st with the seasonal parade. Pretty sure fireworks are only on weekends.
Let us know which days you decide on and we will add you to the list.
