November or December for most things open/lowest crowds?

My family is looking at going to DLRP some time in November or December. I'm trying to figure out if there's a "best" time to go within that time frame, taking into account a few factors. The first is that I would be disappointed if any of the "big" attractions are down for refurbishment during the one particular week we happened to go. I really want us to get to do Big Thunder Mountain, Phantom Manor, and Crush's Coaster. I've tried looking online and on the DLRP app, and it looks like they don't post the refurbishment schedule out that far ahead like the American Disney parks do. I'd even be happy to be able to check the refurbishment history of attractions (like Splash usually goes down for refurb in like January in the American parks, so I would know to expect that), but I can't find anything on that. So my first question is, is there any educated guess about which attractions go down for refurb in November/December, or is it just random? Any ideas about the attractions I just named?

Secondly, I'm wondering basically the same thing about entertainment. I am excited to visit during the year of the 30th anniversary, but I don't know if the parade/show in front of the castle/fireworks will be on during that time frame, as I know they also do Christmas entertainment. Is there any way to check about entertainment that will possibly be running/any educated guesses about what should be showing during that time?

Thirdly, I also know Mickey and the Magician is not to be missed, but it seems like it goes dark a lot. Does it usually show during the winter time/any ideas about this winter?

Lastly, from what I've read online, mid-November to mid-December at the parks should hypothetically have not-bad crowds. It looks like Sunday through Thursday are the recommended days, regardless of week. If worried about crowds, is there a particular time that would be better?

Since it seems like crowds are supposedly low in November and not-too-bad in December, I'm most concerned about getting to ride certain things/see certain things, as I just don't want to pick the wrong week and end up missing something unique to DLRP! Sorry for the length of the post, but I would really appreciate any wisdom from DLRP regulars.

Thank you!

You should be safe with refurbs, unless there is an outage, they usually group refurbs for January/February.

It is unlikely that it will snow, but it can be quite cold and possibly rainy. Dress with layers and you might want to have an umbrella in your backpack.

How many days are you planning to go?

1. Refurb schedule
The only real educated guess you can make is when it comes to outdoor water attractions, like Splash in the US. Pays des Contes Fees usually has its refurb in Jan/Feb because of it. Casey Jr. goes down at the same time. All the others are more at random. Although, most happens in the lowest low season. So you should be good with Nov/Dec.

2. / 3. Christmas entertainment & Mickey and the Magician
I think the only shows confirmed now are the new Christmas parade that debuted last year, and Let's Sing Christmas.
I hope they will bring back Mickey's Big Band. It is a very good and very popular show. If this happens, then Mickey and the Magician won't be shown, as it's in the same theater.
The Christmas parade has the tree lighting on Main Street incorporated in it.
I think they will do some kind of show on the Castle Stage. Currently they seem to be low on actors playing princes, so I do not think they will bring back the Royal Winter Waltz. Maybe something new, similar to Merry Stitchmas.
Disneyland Paris normally doesn't do special fireworks during the holiday season. And as they have the drone show now as well, I wouldn't expect this.
Maybe in the Studios they will bring the Goofy's incredible Christmas show, or something similar.

4. Crowds
Disneyland Paris' crowds really flow with the school holidays and national holidays. Europe's school holidays are roughly the same throughout Europe.
There are some national holidays in early November, Armistice on the 11th, but that doesn't draw in high crowds.
The Christmas break is the last week of December, first week of January, depending a bit on which days 24-26 December are.
Aim for somewhere between 7 November and 17 December, you should be good.
