95/1350 for the 3 days of the month. Going to Columbus, OH for the Buckeye game. (As a matter of fact, we're there now. We only have two tickets, so only my son and husband are actually going to the game).
Okay its been a while since I have been on this board - but sadly I have gained back 20lbs of my original amout lost and now need to lose a total of 50lbs
So yesterday I recommitted myself to daily exercising and eating better
So please count me in for 1500minutes this month - I have completed 45minutes thus far
134 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 134/700.
I'm going to HHI for Thanksgiving, so I'm trying to build up some extra time before I go-I don't expect to be doing much exercising there.
Everyone is updated now. Glad to see more folks joining in. This is a great month to step up the exercise as the "eating season" is about to begin. So keep exercising and you can have a few treats (that is my rationale at least )
I ran 3.1 miles this am (training for my 5k on Turkey Day) and then this afternoon DH and I walked for an hour while DD was at a playdate. Tons of exercise today. Legs are a little sore now, but nothing a nice hot shower won't help!!!
Well, this is my first time posting on this thread, and my first time doing one of these exercise challenges! I will commit to 30 minutes a day, so 900 minutes for the month. I have done 46 minutes so far.
