NOVEMBER Exercise Challenge

I got 40 minutes on the treadmill today plus 30 minutes of mowing and raking bringing me to: 170/900
 
Another 60 minutes of walking today...that puts me at 320/1000.
 

Adding 110 minutes today: 60 lifting weights with my trainer, and 50 doing intervals on the treadmill.

Total: 400/1200
 
Dh and I went on a brisk 30min. walk tonight. Great weather! Total is 305/1400.
 
Add another 40 mins for me today. Did treadmill this morning and then went for a walk around the hospital for my break. :thumbsup2
 
I'm happy to report 60 minutes for 11/06, 30 minutes lower body and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

That makes me 60/1200! Yeah! :banana:
 
I managed to do 60min. of Advanced Taebo today bringing my total to 365/1400.
 
Adding another 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes of strength training this morning.

Total: 110/855
 
Finally - I got to my treadmill :cool1: 40 minutes (2.41 miles)
I hurt my foot so I stay off for a few days, but I have been so crazy busy, my weight is doing great - I hope to post a lose this week.
 
I REALLY have to step it up!!

I know I'm delinquent in submitting, but work's been a bear last week and this one. But after a particularly intense 70 minutes of cardio today, I'm up to 415/1500 for the month so far.

Another 30 on the treadmill this morning and a brisk walk on my break. So far so good. 250/700 I think is where I am at now.
 
Hi, all! You're doing AWESOME!!

I likely won't be on to update again until sometime Monday or Tuesday. My DD is fencing in the North American Cup held at our convention center Fri - Mon and I'm working F - Sun as a 'runner'. This means I will spend 8 - 8 on my feet posting lists/standings, etc for 1500 competitors each day. It's the World Cup qualifier, so it's a big event. Posting is done in all 4 corners of the facility + in the outside lobby areas - last year we figured 1 lap = just over 1/4 mile, so I think I'll get plenty of my catch up minutes in. I already have a back up pair of shoes/socks packed as the concrete floor is a killer. I may have to do Monday, too, as no one wants the runner job as it's too much work!

Since we're already a week into the month, I think I'd like to be signed up for 600 minutes.

Please put me down for 60 minutes so far (weights & eliptical at the gym). 60/600
