NOVEMBER Exercise Challenge

60 more minutes on the treadmill today, new total:
865/1200
 
I've walked 150 minutes since the last post for:
490/1000 :banana:
 
Got 47 minutes in with TM, wu/cd and stretching this morning before life demanded that I get busy with "non exercise" stuff. 3 minutes on the elliptical tonight just to even it out!! :rotfl2:Puts me at 550/1000
 
745/2000 minutes .... getting there!!! :cool1:
 

Another 45 minutes today, thanks. I am back to work on Monday, so will hopefully be able to keep up with my walking that has been so easy to do whilst on vacation!!!

Total now 795/1000
 
Another 60 minutes today (triceps day + cardio) -- and a total of 270 so far this week -- brings me to 810/1500 for the month so far!

60min. of interval training on the treadmill this morning bringing my total to 950/1400. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to meet my goal before my trip. :( I highly doubt I'll be able to exercise this weekend, and we leave for our trip the following weekend. Darn!!! If I can get to the hotel gym on the trip, I'd definitely reach my goal though. Here's hoping!
 
70 minutes more at the gym today: 10 on the treadmill and 60 lifting weights for a total of

60 minutes at the gym, most of it treadmill, just a little legwork after...860/1300. And wow, did I say how much different the treadmill is from the elliptical??? My legs are burning in places I thought were in really good shape! Lesson learned, mix it up a little.
 
Everyone's doing so well on this challenge, what say we all commit to a really LONG walk after our Turkey Day feasting? I'm going to go for at least a 60-90 minute walk...if I plan it, I'll do it!

Try to get there, but don't beat yourself up over it if you don't get there. Just try to fit in some more walking and activity during your trip (is this a WDW trip? You can't HELP but add in activity there!). Count that.
 
I did a walk on Wedneday, and one today bring me to exactly 400/900. I need to crank it up, the month is over half over but my minutes are not!
 
Hello there. Another 50 minutes for me thanks - another beautiful morning for a walk with the dog!! At last it is getting warmer - much more like usual!!

Total now 845/1000
 
Friday got 50 minutes in with Biggest Loser. Today, I did my 7 mile walk and with wu/cd it was 118 minutes. My new total is 718/1000!
 
60 minutes of chasing a parade around "America's Hometown"...probably more than that, but I'll only claim 60 of it! 920/1300.
