NOVEMBER Exercise Challenge

45 min on the TM 15 min ab work and another 45 min on the bike for a new total of 800/1300

65min. of interval training on the treadmill today bringing my total to 1015/1400.
 
Last week was so crazy, I didn't do very well on my challenge. Please add 45 min for a total of 190/600
 
I did not do very well this week with DS ill. Will just have to kick it up to get in the last minutes for this month. Please add 105 for the last week.

I've been MIA - Sorry!!!

Life has been crazy as usual - and it involved sleeping outside of Target for 39 hours with DS17. I'll tell the tale in my journal, but we got him a PS3 (yes, for him to sell to hopefully make some $$ for his college fund - if not, he will return it 12/24 morning and make some dad really happy to find it!)

I'm about to update the minutes before this post....if I make a mistake, PLEASE IM me to let me know - it's not intentional!
 
Another 195 to add to the tally for me. Our trainer gave us an exceptionally good leg workout today, too... I'm at 1005/1500 for now. So far, so good.

I am adding 50 minutes for today, bringing me to 835/1000. I am walking in the morning, then we are off to Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos for a quick anniversary celebration ~ have no idea how much to count all that waterpark time, but no matter...that kind of exercise is pure fun! Happy Thanksgiving all!

Good morning!

Well, I am back in the dating scene and I can't believe how time consuming it is! Well, I haven't been too faithful with my exercising because of all of the dates I've been on (most of the guys aren't right but at least I'm out meeting new people) - I guess I have to kiss a lot of frogs before I meet a prince!

Well, please add 490 minutes for a total of 1390/2500!

Please add 90 minutes for yesterday. DH and I went to the gym and I did weights, eliptical, bike, and swimming. 280/600
