I am doing a lot of 2 a days in hopes of being able to do a triathlon or two in the spring! I am also trying to save my knees a little by backing off the runs and hitting the bike!

Just did another Jillian Michaels DVD, No More Trouble Zones, with a little extra cardio to push me to the 60-minute mark. So 60 minutes today, for a total of:

I also want to reach my goal before Thanksgiving - I'll be flying that day to LA for a week with my brother. I'll get exercise walking his dog with him, and walking around Disneyland, but still... better to play it safe and aim for 1000 minutes before then! :)

A crazy, busy Disneyworld weekend including many hours of walking around the parks and a 1/2 marathon:

11/8 - 1 hour walking (60 mins)
11/9 - 2 hours walking (120 mins) + 1/2 marathon with pre- and post-race walking (240 minutes)
11/10 - 2 hours walking (120 mins)

New total 930/1300.
 
I should've known better than to commit! I am at 106/800 as of Nov. 6, and haven't worked out since.
