November Exercise Challenge--Getting Fit For the Holidays!

I am now at 1135/1800.

Sad that I won't meet my goal this month, but at least I'm still moving. ;)

Hi everyone! So I did not exercise at all last week :confused3 but trying to get back in the game so I did 20 minutes on the treadmill.

Sunday: Walk: 74 minutes
Monday: Walk: 99 minutes
Bike to work: 45 minutes
Today: Run: 39 minutes
Walk: 27 minutes

That brings my total to
2707/2700

I'm happy to have made my goal for this month as it's been really hard losing my husband's mom. I won't post anymore for this month but wanted to say thanks to everyone who participates and hosts. It's been a huge motivator for me.

Guess those 5:30 AM walks are paying off in minutes! I don't think I've run once this month. :rolleyes2 Hoping to change that. Need to change that!!

Rose, I am about as untechnical as they come, but would be willing to host December if nobody jumps up and down begging for it! If you can explain to me how it's done, I'll try.

Do you have excel? I think it makes it so much easier. Actually, I wouldn't try to do it without it. If you want to wait a day or so and then pm me your email, I will send you the sheet and directions. Thanks!

Went to an hour WERQ class yesterday followed by 75 minutes on the treadmill which brings me to:
