My aerobics instructor rented a studio to host a special two hour WERQ class today (my gym cancels classes from Wednesday afternoon through the weekend with classes resuming Monday morning...go figure?!?) Anyway, the class was awesome and flew by! Brings me to:

Sorry to be so missing over the last few days. Our DS was home for a couple of days and things were pretty busy here. I am way behind on my minutes, for the month, but that's ok. We were supposed to do a long training run, but I am not feeling so great, so I think it is going to get pushed off a week.
For everyone who is struggling this month, I know I am frustrated too, but I know I am still doing more than if I was just plopped on the couch all the time.
Hang in there and try to make these last 5 days count!
I'm at 564/800. I won't make my goal this month, but I'm going to try to get exercise in every day this week! Have a wonderful last week of November, everyone!!
Is anyone interested in hosting December? I might be able to do it, but depending on some news we are expecting at the end of the week, I might not have time. I use excel to track everything, and would be happy to share the spreadsheet if anyone is interested. Thanks!
