November Exercise Challenge--Getting Fit For the Holidays!

11/27 90 mins; 30 strength circuit + 60 spin
11/28 60 mins - boot camp

Going to try to pull out the last 160 minutes of the next two days; it'll be close!
 
Went to an hour Strong class this morning which brings me to:

Planning on some type of aerobics class this evening.... :happytv:
 

I was lazy a couple of days this week, but I am back at it.

I'm at 654/800.

I'm not going to make my goal, but I'm proud of what I got done this month (with hopefully another 30 min tomorrow).

Ready for a wonderful December!
 
An hour Hip Hop Hustle class followed by an hour Turbo Kick class (I couldn't decide which class to go to this evening so I went to both....now I'm officially wiped!!)

920/1000. Didn't quite make it but maintained my weight with a five day vacation and two holiday meals so not too bad.

I finished up with lots of walking and a little weight training. Thanks in part to our gorgeous weather, I passed my goal this month 2176/2000.
