I'm having major issues... It's not a total secret, as he knows we are cruising... But he thinks we are cruising next year!

So excited to hear that you will be joining us!!!

For everyone that isn't using any other coupons/ discounts ect.. Disney has added our cruise to the onboard credit list... Depending on your type of room depends on your ob credit... So take advantage if you can. We move an existing resi that was booked ob so we can't use it... But wanted to be sure you all knew

Ps, Brittani's (my niece coming with us) fiancé is stationed in San Antonio in the army as well. But he just came home last night for 2 weeks and then going to Korea :-(

sjlnv - Thanks! Where can we find the OBC list?? We've in a 09D Deluxe Oceanview. We're already getting some OBC...lol...but I wanna see if there's morreeeeee!!

We're getting 100OBC from Dreams Unlimited and 275$ from Disney. 250$ of that is a "sorry" for canceling our last one and 25$ of it is what we were going to get from them for the last cruise...so I'd like to see if there's something more for this one...every little bit counts!!

Does anyone know if there's a place to see how much OBC you are getting? My DU reservation shows the 100$ from them but not the rest of it.

How long will he be in Korea? Is it a year tour? Hopefully she can go over and visit him! I've never been to any of the "Oriental" countries and have always wanted to!!

Ooohhh and - I think Frozen comes out a few days before we sail so that should be on! AND the Christmas decorations should be up, right? Our last Disney Cruise was actually over Christmas and it was beautiful!!!

Oh boooo...I can't get the Farewell to Galveston OBC because of the other OBC I'm getting. I'd lose the 275$ if I switched to that. I shouldn't be greedy but it seems kind of silly...that 275$ is a "sorry" OBC, lol.

It is a yr tour... They are high school sweethearts and she is only 17. They almost got married this sumer(like next week) but his mom says no. Brit was going to stay home an finish her senior year as we aren't very found of Korea.. They are so perfect together. I don't know that she will get to visit, but for sure face time and Skype! I will add you to the FE group! Looks like little Brody will have a friend! Brody will be a yr in sept...

How does that work? Do we cancel our current reservation and create a new one? Are there any extra charges for this?

If you are booked through a travel agent... Contact them, if not you can call disney, and ask for the promo, or you can book/cancel. The code is won..it is under the specials on dcl website!

I'm totally giggling about his mom saying no!! I know they're young, but he's in the military! ;-) I'd probably say no too, though!! Wait just a bit!

Oh good!! Another little guy!!! Will you be using the nursery at all?? Sebastian is 16 months old and I've not left him for more than 5 min with anyone but John!!! But...I'm thinking I may book a few times in there...let him play with some kiddos and let us have just a bit of time on our own?? My chest is already exploding at the thought, LOL!!!

Brody is actually my nephew (Brits brother) I'm the only computer worshiper in the family!! So they won't be on much... He will be in the nursery, as I will be taking my sister out. I love cruising, and Nate has never had a vacation in his life(that's Brody's dad) Sherrie hasn't been on a vacation in over 5 yrs. as for our family we just got off the magic on may 4th... So we will make square they have a great vacation. Including getting away. Mom, Brit or I will watch Brody for some time, but we will get Evan and Brody into their child care and have adult time with the others!

...Flying in? How are you getting to the port from the air port?

We will be staying at the IAH Marriot. I travel a lot and purchased the hotel stay with miles. DCL transport back and forth from the ship. I would like to see Galveston, but with little kids we're thinking the simpler the better.

Not flying in as we are living 7 miles from Galveston! Woot!!

BUT for those of you who want to see some of Galveston - look up The Strand. It's literally right down the street from the port. You could walk there. There's a bunch of shops and places to eat and such. Really cute/fun area.

Soooo I was thinking about this last night - am I going to need to bring a pack and play for my son?? He's still in a crib now...though he's starting to try to climb out so he may not actually be in one still by cruise time. But if he is I don't want him rolling off the couch bed...!

So excited for this whole next 6 months!!!

*Thursday - attending a wedding on a Carnival ship that will be in port. Don't get to go on the cruise (boooo) but should be fun!!

*4th of July - friends are coming and staying a couple nights so we can do all the fun stuff in Galveston.

*6th of July - big party at different friends house. I was accepted into a HouseParty and it's the perfect time to pass out the stuff and take my pictures!!

*End of July - LONDON with my mom and sis and Sebastian!!!!

*End of August - Home to Tampa with John & Sebastian which means - more Mom & Sis time & DISNEY time. And...Sebastian's first haircut at the barbershop on Main St. I'm ridiculously excited about this.

*Halloween - Must decide on our costumes. Last year John was Capt Hook (in an awesome Disney costume I got him years ago), I made myself a Wendy dress, and made Sebastian a Peter Pan costume. I want another "family" type set up but I can't decide what. I know John would love Pirates but...I'm not sure. I do have a pirate baby pattern and one for me. Stuck on ideas...

*Thanksgiving - Maybe home again!

*30 Nov - CRUISE!!!! Frozen in the theater on the ship (I'm guessing)!! Christmas decorations!!! Jamaica!!! Fish Extender fun!!!

I don't know about a crib or not.... But do know they have side rails for beds.

You sound very busy(fun busy)! I love being fun busy! I was excited because I thought my life was going to slow down just a bit... We got a month of slow, and as of May 26th it picked up faster than it had ended. On May 15th, Evan got cleared from drs that are 500 miles away... That was short lived... So I think we will spend more time in the hospital before our cruise No matter what we will make it on this cruise!!!

Other than that... It's work extra for extra money!!! I want to do the bob sleds in Jamaica!!

The bobsleds look soooooo cool! I doubt Sebastian will be allowed on them though, lol, so I'm going to have to find something cool but little guy friendly. Well, not friendly for him to enjoy it (LMAO) but friendly where he's allowed to be there!
